Dr. Eleni Stamatiou, Architect NTUA, MSc in Regional Development, PHD, PPHD in Town and Regional Planning, Tutor of Hellenic Open University, fr. Ajunct Ass. Professor in University of Thessaly (Dept. of Regional and Town Planning), Senior Inv. of the Greek Ombudsman, Greek Association of Architects (SADAS) Representative for urban & environmental issues to the European Council of Architects (ACE), and other scientific organizations. Member of several international scientific, technical and professional associations. Organizing committee member of several international and regional conferences. Member of several European Judging Committees for Spatial and Environmental contests. She has published several books and has a large number of articles in international conferences and journals.

Richard Lacroix, Researcher and International Consultant. He is on the Teaching Staff List of Computer Science Instructors for Graduate students of the National Centre for Public Administration and Local Government in Athens, Greece.
