Brief Biography of the Organizers:

Prof. Jesus Carretero received the B.Sc. and the M.Sc. from Polytechnic University of Madrid and the Ph.D. from the same University. He has received the award the PhD from UPM, and grants from NATO. He has published more than 100 papers in Journals and Conferences. He has participated in more than 10 research projects. He is Fellow of ACM and IEEE.

Prof. Jose Daniel Garcia received B. Sc and the M. Sc. from Polytechnic University of Madrid and the Ph. D. form University Carlos III of Madrid. He has published more than 19 papers in Journals and Conferences. Dr. Garcia has worked in several IT projects for companies like Siemens, British Telecom, Telefonica, ING Bank and EADS. He has participated in more than 5 research projects.
