Brief Biography of the Organizer:

Prof. Mihai BUGARU received the B.Sc. from University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, ROMANIA, the M.Sc. from Ecole Polytechniqiue de Montreal, CANADA, the Ph.D. from University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest( ROMANIA) & Auburn University (Alabama, USA). He has published more than: 100 papers in Journals and Conferences and 10 books.He is managing editor of the Romanian Journal of Acoustics and Vibration, scientific referee of The International Journal of Acoustics and Vibration. He was secretary in the scientific committee of The Romanian Association of Machine and Mechanisms Theory. Prof. Bugaru was executive director of Romanian Society of Acoustics from 2002 till 2005. He has a great experience in research projects. He is Fellow of Romanian Automotive Engineers Society and PROMEDIU Foundation.
