Brief Biography of the Organizer:

Dr. Kucuk received his BSc. in 1991 from Istanbul University, MSc in 1996 from the Ohio State University, and Ph.D. in 2001 from University of Utah. Dr Kucuk has published/edited in numerous journals. He was the secretary-general of the first International Conference on Modelling, Simulation and Applied Optimization (ICMSAO’05)
