The mandatory part of
the registration fees includes:
Publication of one paper in three (3) different media (this
is possible only in WSEAS sponsored events) for more than one papers,
see below.
a) Publication of your paper in the
Proceedings in a Book -- Book Series of WSEAS with ISBN number as
Proceedings and ISSN Number as International Book series. A copy of this
Book will be given to you during the conference.
(In case of Journal publication, the author receives the journal instead
of the hard copy of the Proceedings)
b) Publication of your paper in the CD-ROM
Proceedings containing the Proceedings of the 4 WSEAS
International Conferences that will be held in parallel in Miami.
A copy of this CD-ROM, containing the Proceedings of the 4 different
international conferences will be given to you during the
conference.
c) Publication of your paper in the WSEAS on-line
e-library (30000 visits per month) http://www.worldses.org/online/download.htm . A
username and a password will be given to you with full access to
all the WSEAS Conference Proceedings (since 1996) immediately after
your registration.
possible: d) JOURNAL PUBLICATION: The authors of
the Best papers will be invited to send extended versions of their papers
to various international reputable journals, WSEAS Transactions included.
However,
these papers must be of high-quality (break-through work) and a new round
of a very strict review will follow.
The main registration includes also 6 coffee-breaks,
as well as a Banquet with 41 different meals (menus).

Also in the main registration fees: Certificate of
attendance, other documentation, conference bag, conference folder, admission
to all sessions, special sessions and tutorials in all conferences
that will be held in parallel in the same place.
Extra Pages:
120
USD (or 100 EUR) per extra page if your paper is
more than 6 pages.
Extra Papers:
If the
extra paper has not been approved for Journal publication, then the fee is only
120 USD
(or
100 EUR). If the extra paper is also accepted for Book or Journal
Publication, the fee of 420 USD (or 350 EUR) is applied per each extra paper.
Student Registration:
240 USD or 200 EUR. Student Registration included conference bag, access
to all sessions, coffee-breaks and banquet. Student registration cannot
be applied to students that present paper(s) in the conference. Student registration
includes proceedings, coffee-breaks and banquet, but can not justify publication of the paper in the proceedings
neither presentation of a paper. Rate is for an attendee only.
A student may present the paper as long as the full author registration
fee has been paid.
