Brief Biography of the Organizer:

Prof. Maiga Chang received his Ph. D in the Dept. of Electronic Engineering from the Chung-Yuan Christian University in 2002. His B.S. and M.S. degrees were received in the Dept. of Information and Computer Engineering from the same university in 1996 and 1998, respectively. During 2000-2003, he was teaching in three universities and being IT/EC/e-Business consultants for around ten businesses and organizations includes the Small and Medium Enterprises Guidance & Service Center of Taipei City Government. He was also invited as a member by the International Who's Who of Professionals in 2000. In Sep. 2004 he received the 2004 Young Researcher Award in Advanced Learning Technologies from IEEE Technical Committee on Learning Technology (IEEE TCLT). He currently is the International Program Coordinator in the Program Office of the National Science and Technology Program for e-Learning, Taiwan.
