Brief Biography of
the Organizer:
At present the Head of Research in the
faculty of Business at Cape Peninsula University- have held position
for the last 5 years. Have held other academic and industry
positions since 1978. Have published locally and internationally in
a range of journals – similarly for local and international
conferences. Have supervised numbers of Masters and Doctoral
students- am supervising 7 doctoral and 9 Masters students at the
moment. Holds a Masters degree in clinical psychology and a PhD.
