Brief Biography of the guest editor:
Lina Vasiliauskiene was born in Alytus, on 7 of June 1975. First degree in
Applied Mathematic was obtained in 1997 (faculty of Informatics and Mathematic,
Vilnius University), Master of Science in Mathematic from 1999 (faculty of
Informatics and Mathematic, Vilnius University). In 2000–2004 was a PhD student
of Vilnius Gediminas Technical University. PhD in Technological Sciences,
Mechanical Engineering in 2006. Doctoral thesis: “Adaptive finite element
strategies for solution of two dimensional elasticity problems”.
At present – works as Associate Professor in Graphical Systems Department of
Vilnius Gediminas Technical University. 9 years of experience in commercial
engineering products concepts, development and implementation. Good practise in
whiting technical articles and publications, certified IT project manager (CompTIA
IT Project+“), participating in WSEAS activities as a reviewer.
