Below you can read the Congratulations to WSEAS from Professor Lotfi Zadeh, the man
           that discovered the Fuzzy Logic and Fuzzy Systems' science and technology and one of the
           most important scientific personalities in the 20th and 21th century. Professor
           Lotfi Zadeh leads the human dianoesis centuries ahead and deserves really
           a position in the history of the human kind equivalent to that of Aristotle and Cartesious.
           It is a great honor for the WSEAS the continuous presence of Prof. Zadeh in its conferences.
