WSEAS Press can publish them and can promote them internationally through
the usual WSEAS Channels.
WSEAS can also undertake to include them in
several
international indexes
The full text is sent to five international reviewers (outside
the authors'/editors' country). After 3 months the author(s)/editor(s)
receive(s) the reviewers' comments with the recommendation of the Associate
Editor for publication or not. At the same time interval of these 3 months
the author(s)/editor(s) must not negotiate(s) the publication
of the book with any other international publisher.

COPYRIGHT:
In case of an agreement the copyright belongs to the WSEAS. WSEAS can
publish it in the on-line WSEAS E-library, can reproduce
it internationally by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying,
recording or otherwise without the prior written permission of the author(s).
The WSEAS Press publishes conference proceedings from other organizations
and other conference organizers.
The WSEAS Press provides the following services
- Provide an on-line submission Web site for authors to submit
their papers in .doc or .pdf or.ps or .rtf format. Alternative LaTeX
template will be also provided.
- Download, check and inspect all the camera-ready papers from the
WSEAS Server

Arrange Peer and Blind Review of the papers through the WSEAS Reviewers'
Systems
- Arrange for indexing through several
international indexes
- Include the publication of the Proceedings in the WSEAS E-Library
- Provide full communication, guidance, assistance and supervision to
the authors and the conference organizers
- Obtain all the required copyright, ISSN, ISBN, and other
bibliographical registration details from the collaborating Libraries
and Institutions.
- Make the necessary art work on soft and/or hard covers,
introductions or forewords, book pagination, copyright notices,
contents, author indices, various tables and section headings (if
necessary)
- Supervise all the printing out using the WSEAS new modern digital
typography media. Carry out all the bookbinding and arrange the
shipping arrangements to your office or university or directly to the
conference site
- Market, promote and advertise to more than 250000 WSEAS Society
friends and members, WSEAS International Working Groups, WSEAS Local
Chapters worldwide
- Market, promote and advertise to several other opt-in mailing lists
and web sites
- Print leaflets, booklets and other promoting material for the
conference proceedings and mail out to the WSEAS Members and Friends and
other collaborating organization, affiliated companies and institutions
- Provide a computerized - integrated system for marketing,
advertising and promotion of your proceedings in the university
community, industrial partners, libraries
- NEW: Design and prepare banners for your conference

samples) and shipping to you
- Contract reliable collaborations (with contracts) with all
the major technical booksellers, book sales agencies and book
wholesalers
- Advertise and Promote your Conference and your Proceedings in the
WSEAS Conferences and other joint events
