The papers must follow the
WSEAS format.
Papers that are not in the correct format will be not
considered for publication. All the papers are reviewed by 3-5 independent reviewers and not from the same
state/country. The usual necessary time for the Review is 3-6 months. Only
papers that receive positive recommendation from all the Reviewers are
published. 2 positive recommendations and 1 negative means rejection. That
means, that the journal works on "one-rejection means rejection" base ("veto").The submission of a contribution is taken to manifest the fact
that the submission has not been submitted, accepted, published or copyrighted elsewhere -
including WSEAS Conferences.
The subscription rate for each journal is 400 Euros plus mailing expenses (per
year) for individuals and 500 Euros plus mailing expenses (per year) for
institutions or companies.

From Prof. A.Cecchi (Welcome Speech of the WSEAS Conference in Venice,
Italy)
Living in a fast technologically growing world, it is becoming more and more
difficult trying to follow the development of new technologies, new ideas and
new mathematical/computerized methods.
WSEAS is a pioneer scientific organization. WSEAS has been always on the front
line of scientific research. WSEAS will continue by providing constantly the
highest technical briefing as well as limitless opportunities of participation
in research courses to its members and friends.
WSEAS has nothing to feel disadvantageous compared with any international
scientific organization since its worldwide recognition is established.
Thanks
WSEAS
